They are playing sand volleyball this and every Sunday at the sand courts on Whiskey Island.
It will continue every Sunday at 1pm for the next few months!!! There will also be an option to meet after the game:
Just yards away from the courts, is an indoor / outdoor venue serving food and drinks with live music, every Sunday!
They will be joining with an existing Facebook-based group that plays "pickup" type volleyball every Sunday.
THIS MEANS THERE WILL ALWAYS BE ENOUGH PEOPLE FOR A GAME, EVEN IF THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH MEETUP RSVP's!
Also, there are four courts available, so there will never be too many people!
If there are too many people, we simply start a second game on the adjacent court.
The skill level is mostly beginner with some intermediate players. The mood is relaxed, casual and very social, as volleyball should be.
Again, do not worry if there is not enough RSVP's for a game, there will always be enough people from the other group to ensure a game will be played. See you there!
